What we will never do.
Every one of these would make us money or raise our numbers. We're writing them down now, while it's easy, so that later, when it isn't, you can hold us to it.
No paid placement
There is no price at which a clinician can appear above another one. Results are ordered by availability and how recently the listing was confirmed. That's the entire ranking, and we'll publish it if anyone asks.
No sponsored listings
No promoted profiles, no featured tier, no badge you can buy. A badge that money can buy is worth nothing to the person reading it.
No patient reviews or ratings
This site carries facts a clinician can confirm about their own practice. Ranking clinical quality with stars is a different product and a worse one, and we're not going to drift into it.
No referral fees
We take no payment from any clinician, practice, or platform for a referral, a click, or a booking. Beyond being a promise, it's the posture that keeps this clear of the federal anti kickback rules that govern paid referral arrangements in healthcare.
We won't sell clinician data
Not to recruiters, not to pharmaceutical companies, not to data brokers, not to anyone. This offer will get made to us. The answer is no.
No feed, no followers, no games
No engagement mechanics, no streaks, no notifications designed to pull you back. One email every ninety days asking whether your listing is still true.
No badge that implies quality
Verified means we checked something specific and checkable. It never means endorsed, recommended, board certified, or good. Every badge is defined here.
No patient information
Nothing on this site is built to carry it, and posting it is against our terms. Referrals happen the way they always have. We just tell you who to call.
A promise you can't check isn't worth much. Every listing shows the date it was confirmed, our ranking rule is public, and our ownership and conflicts are on the about page. If we ever break one of these, it will be visible.
What we will do
Shorter list, and harder.
- Take a listing down when nobody confirms it, even though it makes our numbers smaller
- Show you an empty result rather than a padded one
- Say plainly who owns this site and what else they own
- Keep it free for every licensed clinician, permanently
- Fix a mistake fast, and remove any listing on request without asking why
