This search runs on a small demonstration set so you can see how the directory behaves. The live index is being built from the national NPI registry, and unclaimed listings stay out of search results until a clinician claims and confirms them. Here's how that works.

Widen to telehealth
A clinician's office address doesn't decide who they can see. Licensure does. Searching by state catches everyone licensed there.
