Listings free, permanently
List your practice.
Eight minutes, no card, no trial that turns into a subscription. If you don't have a website, this becomes one. If you do, this is the page that answers the questions your website doesn't.
Before you decide
The library is free whether you list or not.
About 140 clinical tools and patient handouts, no account and no email. We are not going to put a form in front of a taper planner. Go use them, and come back if the rest is worth eight minutes.
Interaction checkers, taper and switching planners, practice policy templates, printable patient worksheets, billing and HIPAA checklists.
Your NPI
Name, credential, and NPI. We match it against the national registry. Takes about thirty seconds.
A practice email
We send a link to an address at your practice domain. Clicking it confirms somebody can receive mail at that address, which is what the badge says and all it says.
The referral fields
Availability, licensure, rates, insurance, who you see, what you're good for, and what isn't a fit.
Publish
Live immediately, with the date you confirmed it shown in plain sight.
What a listing actually adds
Everything described below is free today, and a clinician listing will stay free permanently. Some of it needs an account because it's built out of your listing, and some of it doesn't. Here's the honest split.
Free to everyone, listed or not
About 140 tools and handouts
Interaction checkers, dose calculators, taper planners, practice policy templates, billing and HIPAA checklists, and printable patient worksheets from across The Shrink Network.
The good faith estimate generator
Build a clean printable estimate for a self pay patient in about a minute. Runs in your browser, stores nothing, no account.
Supervision and mentorship search
Find a supervisor for licensure hours or a mentor for a first year in practice. Free to search and free to offer.
What a listing adds
A page Google can find
Static, fast, and structured so search engines and AI assistants read it correctly. For a lot of solo clinicians this is a better web presence than what they're paying for now.
A starter kit for your discipline
One email when you verify, with the ten or so resources that actually apply to you. A prescriber gets the interaction checkers and monitoring schedules. A therapist gets the worksheets and the supervision listings. Same free library, just the part that's yours.
Estimates that fill themselves in
Your rates and NPI are already on your listing, so the good faith estimate generator prefills from them. Patient name, dates, done. That's the difference between a tool you like and a tool you use.
A printable referral card
Your listing as one clean page you can fax, email, or hand to a colleague, with a QR code for the back of a business card. Clinicians still fax, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
"I have openings"
One tap when you get a cancellation, and your listing surfaces for 48 hours. No payment, no auction. Alerting other people when a slot opens is planned and not built: if it is ever built for anybody other than referring professionals, it would mean holding an email address next to a specialty, and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy gets updated before that ships rather than after.
Planned: a front desk login
Your office manager updates every clinician in the practice from one screen in under a minute. Realistically, they're the person who will keep this current.
Your own referral list
Save the clinicians you actually use, with their availability kept current for you. It replaces the spreadsheet, the PDF, and the pile of business cards in a drawer.
Update without logging in
The confirmation email has three buttons and one click finishes it. Nobody should need a password to say they're taking patients.
Supervision on your listing
If you supervise or mentor, say so and appear in that search too. Post the fee, the format, and how many people you can take. Still no cut taken by us.
Who can list
Any clinician in the United States who holds the licence their listed services require, and who has a National Provider Identifier. Clinicians attest to their licensure when they list, and we do not independently check it, so confirm current licensure with the relevant state board before you refer. The MD in our name is the brand, not the membership requirement. On the NPI: it is how we match a listing to a real professional record, so it is required at launch. If you are licensed and have never needed one, write to us. We would rather build another way in than pretend the door is open when the form says otherwise.
We match the professional information you give us against the national NPI registry, and we verify that somebody can receive mail at the practice address you submit. Where we complete a separate practice affiliation check, it shows on the listing as its own badge. None of that proves you are the person named, which is why no badge here says it does. We don't rate you, rank you, or let anyone pay to appear above you.
What we ask of you
One thing, and it's the thing that makes this site worth using. Keep the listing true.
- Confirm your availability every 90 days. One click from an email.
- Confirm the whole profile every 180 days. Also one click.
- If you stop taking patients, say so. It costs you nothing and it saves someone a phone call.
- Never post patient information anywhere on this site, including the referral board.
Miss the six month window and your listing goes dormant rather than getting deleted. It's hidden from search and out of the index, and one click brings it back for up to a year.
